Eagleton School was founded based on the principle of continued dedication to the development of the individual through strong family and community relationships. This principle requires that we respond to individual and family needs with the flexibility to adapt to extraordinary situations. Eagleton School has continually evolved its philosophy and services to meet the needs of our students and we believe that every boy entrusted to our care deserves a quality education and a safe environment in which to flourish. We recognize that the needs of the boy are also the needs of the family.

Our mission is to provide a brighter future for our boys, for whom success has been all too elusive, by working with them through experience, self discovery, and example as a means to accept, change or modify socially unacceptable behavior and refocus their thinking. We are committed to providing emotional, social, and academic programming that creates positive opportunities for each student, enabling them to enter their communities and succeed in future endeavors.
