How We Relate

dorms1What sets Eagleton School apart from other residential treatment schools is its trilateral approach to working with adolescents. Eagleton School has developed and utilizes three unique and active systems: UniFy, NAPPI, and NAPPI S.M.A.R.T. Kids. These three systems work together to guide our students to see their strengths and to choose solutions that foster respect for themselves and others. Eagleton believes that these methods allow families to learn how to work within their families and within the larger society. Ultimately, our goal is to educate students and their families about successful ways to assimilate the students back into their families and their societies. We also encourage the boys to become more involved in the outside community through service projects and field trips to learn more about surrounding areas.

We teach our families how to respect and support each other and to enjoy being families. Adversity actually offers valuable opportunities to learn new behaviors. When families commit to working together through our programs, they find solutions they can incorporate into their lives. They learn to recognize their strengths and talents and to utilize them in their everyday lives.
